Centura Health’s newest Neighborhood Health Centers – one in Golden and one in Arvada – are each approximately 10,700 sf. Each is a primary care facility with 16 exam rooms, a wellness atrium, x-ray, mammography, and phlebotomy.
Each Center is single story structural steel construction with a metal deck and crawl space. The skin is stucco and stone.
The Golden Center’s larger site required extensive over excavation due to a dipping bedrock zone. Golden also includes a photo voltaic solar array.
Distinctly different from the fragmented medical care available in most communities today, Centura Health’s Neighborhood Health Centers are built upon the key components of optimal health – primary care, specialty services, urgent care, diagnostic and laboratory services and occupational health.
By June 2015, nine Neighborhood Health Centers will be open across the Front Range, with centers from Pueblo to Dacono including several in Metro Denver.
