WESMINISTER, COLORADO - Pinkard Construction Company placed the final piece of the steel structure at The Center at Northridge, a skilled nursing subacute care facility managed by Veritas Management Group on May 21, 2015 at the Westminster job site.

On a quiet jobsite still trying to dry out from the recent rain, the crew from Best Steel Erectors, including owner Pat Koprowski, placed the final piece of steel on the top deck of the structure. Despite over two weeks of rain delays, the building topped out one and a half weeks ahead of schedule.

Designed by H+L Architecture, the new $17 million building is located just north of 122nd Avenue and Pecos Street in Westminster. It will have 96 beds on three stories, comprising about 75,000 sf, with high-end finishes. Features include a large rehabilitation gym and commercial kitchen and dining room. Construction is scheduled to complete in early January 2016.
