LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Pinkard Construction announced today that Bryan Olesen and Josh Bellinghausen have been promoted to project manager.
Both long term Pinkard employees, Bryan Olesen has been with Pinkard for eight years; Josh Bellinghausen for three.
Bryan Olesen began his career at Pinkard as an intern while earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, with a minor in Business Administration. He has also worked as a project engineer and assistant project manager. Bryan’s experience while at Pinkard includes the City of Commerce City’s $47 million Bison Ridge Recreation Center, The City and County of Denver’s $28 million design-build Central Platte Campus, United Launch Alliance’s Launch Operations Center, numerous multi-family housing projects, and higher education projects.
LEED Green Associate Josh Bellinghausen joined Pinkard in 2014 following his work with another general contractor, pipeline contractor, and construction materials supplier. Josh began his career at Pinkard as a project engineer. Also boasting a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University with a minor in Business Administration, Josh’s experience includes multi-family, recreation, healthcare, and office. As a former assistant project manager, Josh played a pivotal role in the City of Aurora’s Moorhead Recreation Center project, which was just awarded the first-place National Excellence in Construction Eagle award from Associated Builders and Contractors.
